Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,000 or more. Below that, a delivery charge of ₹50 applies. The exact charge is always shown in your cart before you pay.

When we dispatch

Most items are made to order. We usually pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. During festivals, or for large orders, it may take a little longer; we will let you know if so.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and our delivery or courier partner. Once your order is dispatched you can follow it on our website using your mobile number and order ID.

Incorrect address or missed delivery

Please check your address and mobile number carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete or nobody is available, re-delivery may cost extra.
